Household needles

These are heavy-duty sewing needles, designed for sewing through tough stuff like leather or upholstery fabric. There are some really odd-shaped ones in here that are surprisingly useful, like a curved needle (which looks like a fingernail paring). Some of these are also surprisingly sharp: you may want a thimble or some other finger protection when you use these. You can usually find these needles sold in "kits" or collections.
