Plastic Cutter

This tool is used to cut acrylic, plastic, and Formica. In particular, MOCHI members find it useful for cutting curves in ABS plastic. (MOCHI members who don't have the hand strength to manage tin snips with ease tend to use this as an all-purpose cutter for thermoplastics.) The tip (which is quite sharp) is used with light pressure to create an initial score line. With each pass of the cutter, apply more pressure until the plastic is scored through.
