Chisel
A chisel is basically a steel blade set in a handle. Chisels come in several different shapes. For example, straight chisels have rectangular blades while gouges have a "scoop"-shaped blade. Whatever the shape, both sides of the blade are sharpened.
Spiky Mochi loves to use a straight chisel to remove rivets. He wedges the blade end between the rivet head and the material the rivet is in. (He usually puts the pointy edge of the blade towards the head of the rivet.) Then, he hammers the handle until the rivet splits. (This is an enchanting sound to wake up to ....) He's dinged a few costuming pieces doing this: you can drive the blade through the material.
