Bristle Brushes

This is probably what most people think of when they hear the phrase "paint brush". These brushes are usually made of bristle (either natural pig bristle or nylon) and are used to apply paint, varnish, etc. They cover a broader area than a detail brush and will not inject as much air as a foam brush. (This can be very important when applying varnish.) These brushes can be quite durable (with a little TLC).
