This section of the MOCHI web site is for Japanese visitors. It has EUC encoded Japanese text. Encoded text looks like the rabid scrawlings of a drunken weasel to a web browser that is not set up to read it. (If you don't have the proper font installed, all you may get is rows of little boxes.) If you want to use this to brush up on your Japanese reading skills, that's great!
