In what has become practically a tradition, we gathered together for breakfast at the local IHOP. We had been hoping to see a few of our other cosplaying compatriots but, unfortunately, they had other commitments. [Hi, Elizabeth and Gerald!] Unfortunately, it was not as nice as some of the breakfast smorgasbords we've had in the past, but we had fun talking about different philosophies about choosing costumes, different criteria for judging costumes, and other topics that tend to crop up whenever we're together.

As the convention started coming to a close, there was a last round of the dealers' room and a quick trip to the con suite before seeing the results of the art auction. Thankfully, people had done well enough to put a dent into their costs for the convention.

Afterwards, most of Contingent B and Contingent C departed for home. After a brief nap, the rest of MOCHI decamped to Toasted Mochi's house to -- watch anime. [ Crazy idea, isn't it? ^_^ -Sugar Bomb] It's no surprise that this started a fresh round of ideas for new costumes to build for the next convention ....
