Paco Paco

• From: Irresponsible Captain Tylor (TV)
• Materials: Felt, polyfill, pom-pom, boots.
• Design notes: Much of the design was adapted from a casual clothing pattern. The flower-shaped collar was done freehand.
• Construction notes: The red hat was stuffed with polyfill to keep it upright and then sewn across the top (so it would "flop" over properly). The hat was then sewn into the wig so that it would stay on the costumer's head.
• Additional notes: Paco Paco is the name that Azalyn gives to Justy Ueki Tylor while he is a prisoner of war. This means, of course, that he only appears in the costume for a few episodes. This was great in that the costumer didn't have to compare this character to other cosplayers, but this also sucked since there were very few reference pictures available. Luckily, the design was pretty simple.
  Since the wig was one of the last piece bought for the costume, there wasn't enough time to get it to Jackie. While Sugar Bomb was able to do some work on it, having the right wig can really make or break a costume.
