Chloe

• From: Noir (TV)
• Materials:Cotton (cloak), silk blend (cloak), cotton bias strips (cloak), Lycra blend (bodysuit), black leather, buckles (straps), stretch support (arm and knee bands), altered rollerblade pads, black vinyl boots.
• Design notes: Chloe's tattered cloak ends proved to be the most difficult part of designing the costume. The ends were left unhemmed and generally unfinished. This means that Chloe has a tedency to "shed" small green threads every once in a while.
• Construction notes: Since Chloe moves quickly and quietly, the costume had to allow for a lot of movement. The bodysuit had some extra give and all sewing for the knee bands were reinforced to allow the cosplayer to quickly drop into stance without worrying about ripping something. Non-skid pads were glued to the bottom of the boots.
• Additional notes: This is one of Daifuku's quickest costumes. It requires no help from the other members of MOCHI.
