Hono

• From: Master of Mosquiton (adult version).
• Materials: black spandex velvet (midriff, recyled from Dark Schneider, wire and beads (earrings). Worn with china flats.
• Design notes: There are very few differences between the OAV and the TV character design. The shirt and slacks were taken from a basic pattern and tailored tightly to the waist (to help support the electronics).
• Construction notes: The wig was shaped with hair spray on a foam head but, like a fine souffle, caved in. This will be fixed in future versions.
• Additional notes: This costume is built around a special effect: the illusion of heat / fire from Hono's hands. This is done with some special electronics.
