Milfey

• From: Sorceror Hunters (TV). (He is one of the Haz Knights. An alternate spelling for his name is "Millefeuille". )
• Materials: ABS .80 Plastic (helmet, shoulder armor, inner armor, glove covers), boots, cotton gloves, linen and cotton (robe).
• Design notes: Initial design taken from TV episodes, updated from manga references, and finished from TV episodes. Inner armor based on OAV, with some augmentation from Rachel Martindale's sketches from the manga.
• Construction notes: Outer armor is a "yoke", created by attaching each shoulder piece to a thin metal frame, hidden by additional plastic pieces. Limbs formed in halves, joined by hinges made of removable pins. Cloak is double-layered (for thickness) and attached to the edges of the armor via a safety cable (used in sailing).
• Additional notes: Sweaty. This costume is very warm. Usually only one set of armor is worn (the outer armor), with just a t-shirt and shorts underneath. Costume takes fifteen minutes to put on. This costume requires another person (costumed or not) to act as a handler. The handler helps clear a path for the costumer and makes sure that other people do not accidentally bump into the armor edges. Currently in incarnation v.4.
