• From: Bastard! (manga).
• Materials: ABS plastic (armor), Sculpey ("teeth" and spikes), nylon lacing (armor), Ethafoam, leather, white cotton (front "loincloth"). Worn with a red turtleneck, black cotton pants, and leather boots.
• Design notes: Taken from the armor design seen in kans 4-7 of the manga.
• Construction notes: There are a total of 99 pieces of plastic in the armor, which have been molded. Under-harness built from leather straps attached to the plastic with rivets and Chicago screws. "Teeth" and spikes made of Sculpey which had screws inserted before baking. Each of them was finished with a coat of pigment and flexible glue.
• Additional notes: Future design will probably be a different color and will use a different color of base plastic to minimize the visibility of paint scratches. Possibly use felt to line the back of the plates to make costume more stealthy and prevent more scratching.
